Ho Lin Huay
(Director/Producer/Scriptwriter)
Lin Huay graduated from the University of Miami in the United States with a degree in motion picture and theatre production. In 1999 she wrote and directed Siddhartha the Musical, the biggest Malaysian-produced musical then, which successfully toured Singapore and South Africa. She is the founder of Musical On Stage Productions which goal is to produce top notch Malaysian musicals. The company produced it’s second musical, Above Full Moon, in 2004. She currently works in the television industry as producer, writer and director. She is also an award-winning video music director, as well as a singer and composer with 2 albums to her credit.

Imee Ooi
(Composer/Music Arranger/Music Director)
Imee Ooi is an established Malaysian music producer, composer, arranger and vocalist. She formed IMM Musicworks in 1997and has by now released more than 20 albums. She is also the musical director and composer of two highly acclaimed stage musicals, Siddhartha and Above Full Moon. Imee has written numerous musical scores for Malaysian TVs and film productions. She now concentrates on producing Buddhist music, a direction which has been regarded by many as a great milestone in the history of Buddhist music. One of her albums, the highly acclaimed The Chant of Metta, is often played at major Buddhist events all over the world. Imee’s compositions have already become an important part of the Buddhist musical culture, reaching and touching many people’s heart and soul across the world, spreading the message and teachings of peace and happiness through music.

Chan Soo Leng
(Choreographer)
Soo Leng is an experienced dancer, choreographer, dance instructor, dance event organizer. She has represented Malaysia in overseas performances, and played the title role of Hang Li Poh in the major dance production of Hang Li Poh. Her choreography works have won numerous awards in National Dance Competition. She is one of the founders for Xing Dance & Arts.

Lee Swee Keong
(Choreographer)
A Malaysian renowned dancer and choreographer, Swee Keong has established himself as one of the leader in Butoh dance technique in this region. The artistic Director of the famous Nyoba-Kan dance group, Swee Keong particularly excel in Active Avant-garde performances. He was frequently invited to perform in Japan, and Europe and many other Asian countries. Swee Keong has choreographed numerous highly acclaimed dance performances, musicals and plays over many years, his major works includes Green Snake series, A Ghost Story, Woman Born From Dragon and the latest The Curse of the Forbidden Palace.

Michelle Yong Soo Fon
(Choreographer)
Michelle’s dancing skill ranges from classical ballet, Chinese traditional dance to contemporary and jazz. She has choreographed various major dance events such as the Opening and Closing Ceremony of the 1998 Commonwealth Games, the Asian Dance Festival, My Dance series, and many more. One of her major works was as choreographer for Above Full Moon the musical. Michelle is owner of Dynasty House, a company specializing in designing and making dance and period costumes.

Caren Yee
(Costume Designer)
Caren has created a new line in the Malay market called Mystic with a creation of unique design for each personality. She used to work in a TV station. Her notable works include Tun Fatimah, Miss Malaysia Chinese International Pageant, Astro Kids Talent Ques, Siddhartha the musical and Above Full Moon the musical. Caren graduated from the International Fashion Training Centre.

David Wong
(Production Designer)
Production designer and props master David has many years of experience in set design and construction. His works include The Sound of Music, Island in Between, Coffin Too Big for the Hole, Death of the Salesman and Above Full Moon the Musical. David is a graduate from the Malaysia Institute of Arts, majoring in Fine Arts.

Ee Chee Wei
(Lighting Designer)
Chee Wei graduated from Malaysia Institute of Arts. Since then, he has been actively involved in the TV & theatre scene. His theatre production credits include Dr. Bunhead, Ignatius Trail from the U.K., D Arranged Marriage & From India With Love from New Zealand, Alone It Stands, Hamlet and Above Full Moon the musical. His lighting design credits include Monkey Business, Roman Tam & 3 bears, 3rd Annual Boh Cameronian Arts Award, Stones in His Pocket, Pluck, as well as Menopause the musical from the U.S.
